Most GTA couriers hide this behind “call us.” Here it is. Rates apply to deliveries to or from Zone 1 (Brampton / Mississauga) and exclude HST.

Three additions, and that is the lot
There is no fuel levy, no residential fee, no liftgate charge and no after-hours premium on our card. What you see below is everything.
Weight — $0.15 / lb
Applies only to weight exceeding 30 lbs. A 29 lb parcel carries nothing. A 45 lb parcel is charged on 15 lbs, so $2.25.
Van charge — $15.00
Applied when the job needs a van rather than a car — bulk, pallets, or anything that will not travel safely in a sedan.
HST — 13%
Applied to the full subtotal. Every price we publish is shown excluding HST and then again with it added.
Weight is in pounds, not kilograms. Our rate card is imperial. The calculator has a kg toggle that converts for you, but the engine always prices in lbs so nothing gets lost in translation.
Sixty-plus destinations beyond the GTA
From Bolton at $40 to Sudbury at $600, every out-of-town run has a flat published same-day rate. Rush and Direct outside the GTA are quoted per job — a three-hour window to Sarnia is a promise we will make on the phone, not on a form.

The questions we get most
What happens if I book after 11:30 AM?
Your job is priced at Rush rates and delivered inside three hours. After 2:30 PM it moves to Direct, which is ninety minutes. The clock in the header always tells you which tier you are currently in, so there is never a surprise at checkout.
How is the weight surcharge calculated?
Only the weight above 30 lbs is charged, at $0.15 per pound. A 45 lb shipment is billed on 15 lbs, which is $2.25. Anything at or under 30 lbs carries no weight surcharge at all.
When does the $15 van charge apply?
When the job genuinely needs a van rather than a car — bulky items, pallets, multiple boxes, or anything that will not travel safely in a sedan. If you are unsure, tick the box for an accurate estimate and we will confirm on the call.
What if neither end of my trip is in Zone 1?
Our rate card is built around Brampton and Mississauga. For a trip like Markham to Burlington, where neither end is Zone 1, we apply the higher of the two zone rates plus a $10 inter-zone uplift. The calculator shows this as its own line so you can see exactly how the number was built.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Our published hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend work is arranged case by case — call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
Can I track my delivery online?
Not yet. Online tracking is planned but not live, and we would rather say so than point you at a page that does not work. Instead, every request gets a reference number and a phone call from a real person to confirm. If you want an update mid-job, call us on (905) 500-9443 and we will tell you where the driver is.
