Courier Rates for the GTA — All of Them
Ten zones, three service levels, thirty published rates. Price your own job in about thirty seconds and see exactly how the number is built — base, weight, van, HST, itemised.
Thirty rates, published in full
These apply to deliveries to or from Zone 1 — Brampton and Mississauga — which covers the large majority of our work. All prices in Canadian dollars, excluding 13% HST.

Everything that can be added to a base rate
There are three, and this is all of them.
| Charge | Amount | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Weight surcharge | $0.15 / lb | Only on weight exceeding 30 lbs. A 30 lb parcel carries nothing; a 45 lb parcel is charged on 15 lbs. |
| Van charge | $15.00 | When the job requires a van rather than a car. |
| HST | 13% | Applied to the full subtotal, after all other charges. |
No fuel surcharge, no residential fee, no liftgate charge, no after-hours premium. Several established GTA couriers bill all four. We do not, and if that ever changes we will publish it here before it appears on an invoice.
How a price is put together
Five steps, in this order. The calculator shows you every one of them.
Base rate
Look up the destination zone and the service level in the chart above. Zone 4 on Same Day is $25.00.
Weight surcharge
Subtract 30 lbs from the total weight, multiply what is left by $0.15. Under 30 lbs, this is zero.
Van charge
$15.00 if the job needs a van. Otherwise nothing.
Subtotal
Base plus weight plus van.
HST
13% of the subtotal, added to give the total.
Brampton → Markham, 45 lbs, van, Same Day
Brampton → Toronto, 20 lbs, no van, Rush
Where the chart needs a rule
A zone chart built around Brampton cannot answer every question on its own. Here is exactly what we do in the cases it does not cover.
Neither end is Zone 1
Markham to Burlington never touches Brampton or Mississauga. We take the higher of the two zone rates and add a $10 inter-zone uplift. Markham ($25) to Burlington ($35) prices at $45 on Same Day. The calculator shows the uplift as its own line.
Whitby and Oshawa
Both sit in Zone 10 and both also appear on our older out-of-town sheet. The zone rate wins — they price at $46 Same Day, not the out-of-town figure. Anything inside the ten GTA zones is always priced from the zone chart.
Rush and Direct out of town
Our out-of-town sheet publishes Same Day rates only. A three-hour or ninety-minute commitment to Sarnia or Barrie depends on the hour and where our vehicles already are, so we quote those on the phone rather than automatically.
Some jobs we will not price automatically. Anything over 500 lbs, more than ten pieces, a destination on neither list, or a run to Buffalo or Montreal. Cross-border work carries customs paperwork and a different liability profile, so it gets a human quote every time.
Delivering outside the GTA?
More than sixty Ontario destinations carry a flat published same-day rate, from Bolton at $40 to Sudbury at $600.
