Same-Day Delivery — Booked by 11:30, There by 5
Our core service and the one most of our customers use. Request it before 11:30 AM and it is delivered by 5:00 PM the same working day, anywhere in the ten GTA zones. Rates start at $18.
What Same Day actually means
It means a single deadline that you can plan around. If the request reaches us by 11:30 AM, the parcel is in the consignee's hands before 5:00 PM that day. Not “within 24 hours,” not “next business day” — today, before close of business.
That cutoff exists for a practical reason. A driver leaving Brampton at midday can realistically cover a GTA route and still clear the far zones before five. Take the same run at 2 PM and the maths stops working, which is why later requests move to Rush or Direct rather than being quietly accepted and missed.
Who books it
- Retailers moving stock between GTA stores before the evening trade
- Manufacturers in Brampton and Milton sending parts to a customer's line
- Offices getting signed documents across the city the same afternoon
- Online sellers offering local same-day as a genuine competitive edge
What it costs
Same Day is priced by zone, from $18 in Zone 1 to $46 in Zone 10. Add $0.15 per pound over 30 lbs, $15 if the job needs a van, then 13% HST. Nothing else.
Worked example — Brampton to Markham
Our phones open at 10:00 AM. That gives you a ninety-minute window each morning to get a Same Day booked. If that is tight for your operation, submit the request online overnight — it will be waiting for us when we open and we will call you first thing.
