Direct Courier — Ninety Minutes, Nothing In Between
Our fastest tier. A vehicle collects from you and drives to the delivery address without another stop in between. Ninety minutes, GTA-wide. Rates start at $28.
Point to point, exclusively
Direct is the only tier where your job is the vehicle's entire assignment. There is no consolidation, no other pickup on the way, and no waiting for a route to fill. That is why it is faster, and it is also why it costs more.
The ninety minutes covers both legs — we are with you and then we are there. Across most of the GTA that is genuinely achievable; from Brampton to Zone 10 in rush-hour traffic it is tight, and we will tell you so on the call rather than after.
What Direct is for
- STAT medical samples where the specimen has a clinical clock on it
- Line-down parts where the cost of a stopped line dwarfs the delivery fee
- Legal and tender documents against a filing deadline
- Anything that has already gone wrong once and cannot go wrong twice
When Direct pricing applies
You can book Direct at any point in the day. It also becomes the default tier for requests placed after 2:30 PM, because by mid-afternoon a ninety-minute point-to-point run is usually the only thing that still lands the same day.
Direct pricing
From $28 in Zone 1 to $66 in Zone 10, plus the same three surcharges as every other tier: $0.15 per pound over 30 lbs, $15 for a van, and 13% HST.
Worked example — Mississauga to Richmond Hill
Late-afternoon Direct jobs need a phone call. Our published hours run to 5:00 PM, so a ninety-minute job requested at four o'clock finishes after we close. We often can still do it — but ring us rather than assuming, and we will give you a straight answer.
Direct rates by zone
The right-hand column. To or from Zone 1, excluding HST.

Ninety minutes starts when you call
For a genuine emergency, the phone is faster than any form. We answer it ourselves.
